Connect a Safe{Wallet} Account

Safe{Wallet} is the multi-signature wallet used by many corporate treasuries, and nupont.app supports it in two ways: a quick connection via the WalletConnect standard, or nupont’s native Safe App integration, which also recognizes Safe{Wallet}’s multisig transactions and signers directly.

Option 1: Connect via WalletConnect

The fastest way to connect any Safe{Wallet} is through the WalletConnect standard, the same method used for other WalletConnect-compatible wallets:

  1. Click “Connect” in the upper right-hand corner of nupont.app and select “WalletConnect”.
  2. In your Safe{Wallet}, open the WalletConnect option and scan or paste the connection code shown by nupont.app.
  3. Approve the connection in Safe{Wallet}.

nupont.app detects the connected address like any other wallet — continue with Map First Crypto-Account to add it.

Option 2: Connect via the nupont Safe App

nupont.app also offers a native integration directly inside Safe{Wallet}, added as a custom Safe App — no separate WalletConnect pairing required.

  1. Add the nupont App. Open your Safe{Wallet}, go to the Apps menu, select “Add custom Safe App,” and enter https://nupont.app as the URL.
  2. Open nupont. Launch nupont.app directly from within your Safe{Wallet}.
  3. Link your account. Log in to nupont.app with your credentials to register your Safe{Wallet}.
  4. Connect your Safe{Wallet}. Click “Connect” in the upper right corner and select “Safe{Wallet}”. Sign the message to verify ownership.
  5. Add additional accounts (optional). Add any further Safe{Wallet} accounts to nupont.app — indexing may take some time for each.
  6. Test your setup. Log out, then log back in using “Sign in with Safe{Wallet}” to confirm the connection.

Once connected, continue with Map First Crypto-Account to configure account statements for your Safe{Wallet} address.
